We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Sign in to your order history on the Google Store, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely place your device and all original accessories into the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location identified on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
